A random poem in my drafts
It was not born to be just there
But so it was, brushed aside in despair
It stood in the center, orbited by the others
Only to be compared to its brothers
For its failure to outshine them seemed so unfit
And so it stood in the centre there
Alone, uncared for, unaware
But soon came an asteroid that wisely said
'To be the sun, o' mighty one
Thou should know to trust whats begun
For come what may, you are the one
So never question yourself, shine like a sun'
The Sun expanded, fierce and bright,
Absorbing the power of endless light,
Yet the planets still mocked its lonely might,
But this time, the Sun paid no heed to their spite.
